Boys Weekend

Nile up close and personal with Fredbird

Brent, Scott, and Nile on the way to St. Louis

Brent and Nile at the Cardinals Game

Craig, Marc, and Kevin at the game

This past weekend, Scott took Brent and Nile to St. Louis to go to the Cardinals game Saturday night.  They had a fun and busy time.  There was the Kids Club party at Busch Stadium and then the game that night.  The kids had fun with Fredbird and got his autograph.  Brent watched from a distance.  The Cardinals had a good game and fireworks went off a few times for home runs.  They went to the game with Craig, Kevin, Marc, and Jason.  The boys had fun with their uncles and dad.  They went to Ted Drewes after the game to enjoy some ice cream.   It was a rushed weekend because they had to leave early Sunday morning to make it back for the Primary program in church.  Nile sang "Called to Serve" in Portuguese.  Both Claire and Nile had their parts memorized and did a great job singing.  It feels good to have the program over.

Wow! Way to go, Nile for singing in the Primary Program, and in another language, no less! That's impressive! Good job to both Claire and Nile for having their parts memorized; I'm the Primary Secretary, and it's always nice when kids have learned their parts! Our program isn't for another couple of weeks, but it WILL be nice to get it over!

I have to say that your boys have the CUTEST smiles! They look especially happy during their boys' time away with dad and uncles. Very fun.

Way to go Nile. I love that he sang Called to Serve in Portguese. We are having a family sing I Am a Child of God in Japanese and the the Senior Primary is singing it in Spanish. I'm the primary chorister now and I love trying to have the kids do different things.
PS~Now I want Ted Drews!
